Why? Water has a higher heat capacity than air. When you&apos;re in a steam sauna, the air is saturated with water vapor which carries more heat energy to your body than dry air would at the same temperature. But, is it worth bringing on a trip for a few days? We&apos;d give that a big &#x201C;yes&quot;.
