How do I set up my SaunaBox SmartSteam Kit Pro?

Do I need another adult to help me assemble my items?

It is not required to have another individual help you for setting up your SaunaBox SmartSteam Kit Pro, however it may take less time to build your Sauna!

There is a part missing. What do I do?

Please fill out a support contact form or email us directly at [email protected] We ask that you provide your order number and email address associated with your order. To prevent delays in getting your missing part sent out, please send us a picture of what you had received with your order and let us know which part was missing from your order. 

What happens if a part breaks or rips during setup?

Please reach out to us at [email protected] or directly reach out through our social media platforms. Within your email/message we please ask that your provide your order number, email address associated with your order, pictures (PDF) of the part broken and a description of what happened during setup that caused the part to be broken or damaged!
