This can occasionally happen if a wire becomes loose during transit.Please check if the control box at the top panel has any loose wires, especially the cables that go to the back of the control panel.Below is a step-by-step guide on how to check the connections and replace the control panel wires if necessary.<h3 id="step-by-step-troubleshooting-guide">Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide</h3>Please follow these steps to check the connections and resolve the EC error:<ol><li>Remove the front cover of the control panel. It is recommended that you use a small flathead screwdriver to remove the front cover.
