The heater must be installed and hardwired by a certified electrician.</p><h2 id="before-you-start">Before you start</h2><ul><li>Choose a dry, level indoor spot that can hold 432 lb, away from water, flames and flammable materials.</li><li>Leave enough overhead room to reach the sauna&apos;s ceiling for electrical connections.</li><li>Conduit will run from the side of the sauna to your breaker panel. Placing the sauna close to your panel keeps the electrician&apos;s cost down.</li><li><strong>Tools:</strong> screwdriver, electric screwdriver, power drill, Allen wrench, tape measure, pencil, cutter, mallet, step ladder and spirit level.</li></ul><h2 id="steps">Steps</h2><ol><li><strong>Unbox.</strong> Remove all panels from the crate and identify the base, rear, left, right, front and roof panels, plus the heater, bench, backrest and hardware bag.</li><li><strong>Place the base.</strong> Set the bottom panel in its final spot and confirm it is perfectly level.</li><li><strong>Attach the rear panel.</strong> Line up the groove on the base with the channel on the rear panel. The backrest and LED strips come pre-installed.</li><li><strong>Attach the side panels.</strong> The left panel has the vent slats and the right panel has the window. Line up the grooves with the rear panel and lock them with the clip-and-lock mechanisms.</li><li><strong>Attach the front panel and door.</strong> The door comes mounted on the front panel and is heavy. Keep it secured so it can&apos;t swing open. Clip it to the left panel and fix it to the right panel with 2 long screws.</li><li><strong>Install the roof.</strong> Connect the electrical connectors under the roof to the tops of the side panels, then set the roof and fasten it with the provided screws.</li><li><strong>Install the bench.</strong> Connect the RGB connector first. Fit the calf panel, then the bench, onto the pre-installed supports. No hardware is needed.</li><li><strong>Heater.</strong> The Harvia heater mounts on the pre-drilled holes on the right panel. It must be installed and hardwired by a certified electrician. See the Electrical Installation Guide in the Forge section.</li><li><strong>Finish and inspect.</strong> Install the handle, warning signs, thermometer and timer, and build the wooden guard around the heater. Check that all panels sit flush and the door, handle and switches work.</li></ol>
