<h3 id="how-hot-does-it-get">How hot does it get?</h3><p>Up to 150&#xB0;F, adjustable from 77&#xB0;F. It heats up in about 25 minutes. A cold room can take longer.</p><h3 id="what-outlet-does-it-need">What outlet does it need?</h3><p>A 20A grounded outlet (NEMA 5-20) on its own circuit. If you already have one, no electrician or special installation is needed. A regular 15A outlet will trip, so check before you order. Don&apos;t use extension cords, surge protectors or power strips.</p><h3 id="how-long-does-setup-take">How long does setup take?</h3><p>Two adults can assemble it in 30 to 45 minutes. You&apos;ll need a Phillips drill. The cartons may arrive on different days. The carrier will call to schedule delivery.</p><p>The only delivery upgrade is In-Home Installation. We schedule it within 5 business days of delivery, move the sauna to its final location, assemble it and remove all packaging. Price is shown at checkout.</p><h3 id="does-it-have-red-light-therapy">Does it have red light therapy?</h3><p>Yes. A full-length front panel has 156 dual-wavelength 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared LEDs, with a swivel design for precise positioning. It delivers up to 192 mW/cm&#xB2; irradiance and can run at the same time as the heat.</p><h3 id="what-else-is-built-in">What else is built in?</h3><p>Bluetooth audio, FM radio, USB playback and RGB chromotherapy lighting. The session timer runs from 5 to 90 minutes.</p><h3 id="can-i-use-it-outdoors">Can I use it outdoors?</h3><p>No. It&apos;s for indoor use only. <p><strong>Wood:</strong> 100% Canadian Hemlock inside, light-toned and low-resin. The exterior is matte black painted hemlock. The floor is slatted hemlock.</p><p><strong>Heating:</strong> 7 carbon-coated, ultra-low EMF infrared panels (IEC 62233, verified by Intertek).</p><p><strong>Red light:</strong> Medical-grade 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared LEDs, made in an FDA-registered facility.</p><p><strong>Door:</strong> Full-length reflective tempered glass with a black frame.</p><p><strong>Safety testing:</strong> Independently tested by Intertek and certified compliant with California Proposition 65. Components were screened for lead, cadmium and phthalates, and all passed.</p>
