Return policy
Return Policy: We off returns in the U.S. within the first 30-days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received and in its original packaging.
To issue your hassle-free return, simply follow the instructions on this link (https://saunabox.loopreturns.com/#/) for steps on how to return. You can opt to choose store credit or a refund minus the postage charges. The customer will be liable for shipping costs if they proceed with a return. The fuller order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded. For cancellations, customers have 1-hour to cancel their order. If the order was already shipped out, the customer will be refunded minus the cost to reroute the package back to our warehouse.

International Return Policy: SAUNABOX does NOT do free returns for International orders. We do not provide shipping labels for these orders as well. Please complete your return to our distribution address shown below within 45 days. The items must be unworn and still have the tags on them. As mentioned above, your product refund will be issued at current retail value within 14 business days of receipt and restocking in our distribution center. Any and all shipping, duty/taxes, processing and handling fees are not refundable.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after your return has been inspected. The full order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a return to the original form of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on when we received your item and on your card issuer's policies.
Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
Yes, only if your product is unused and in its original packaging. If you change your mind before your item ships then it's no harm, no foul.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer full refunds minus the cost of postage fees as long as your product is unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, for sanitary reasons, once a product is used/gets wet, we are unable to process it for a return.
