How can I fix my SaunaBox if it's not getting hot or producing steam?Updated 2 months ago
If your SaunaBox isn't reaching the desired temperature or producing steam, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure the SaunaBox is plugged into a properly functioning 110V power outlet. Try multiple outlets as well.
- Do not pair with a power strip or extension cord and allow 15 minutes to heat up
- Ensure the lid is properly sealed with all 3-tabs secured into their rivets
- Ensure there are no kinks or curves in the tubing from the SmartSteam Unit lid to the SaunaBox
- Verify the heat level is set correctly on the SmartSteam unit or the controller; the settings range from 1 to 7, with 7 being the highest.
- Check the water level in the SmartSteam unit, which has a capacity of 3.6L.
- If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider using the 2-Year Warranty for repairs or replacement. Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any underlying health conditions.
