FAQ - The Nova XLUpdated 3 months ago

Welcome to the FAQ page for The Nova XL. Below, you will find answers to the most common questions regarding the setup, usage, and specifications of this full-body red light therapy panel.

What wavelengths does it use?

The Nova XL utilizes a powerful four-wavelength spectrum designed for comprehensive surface-level and deep-tissue benefits:

  • 630nm Red Light: Targeted for skin tone, complexion, and cellular energy.
  • 660nm Red Light: Supports collagen production, elasticity, and skin rejuvenation.
  • 810nm Near-Infrared: Penetrates deeper for muscle recovery and inflammation support.
  • 850nm Near-Infrared: Enhances circulation, performance, and tissue repair.

This combination delivers a complete therapeutic effect optimized for recovery, skin health, and overall wellness.

Is red light therapy safe?

Yes. Red and near-infrared light therapies are non-invasive, non-UV, and clinically studied for safety. The Nova XL utilizes ultra-low EMF components and is manufactured in an FDA-registered facility.

For optimal results, we recommend positioning yourself 6–18 inches from the panel. Closer distances provide higher light intensity and deeper tissue penetration.

For best results, we recommend using The Nova XL 4–6 days per week. It can be easily integrated into a daily routine or utilized as a post-workout recovery tool.

Will I feel the red or near-infrared light during use?

Users typically feel a gentle, soothing warmth from the red light. Near-infrared light, however, penetrates below the skin's surface to support deep tissue recovery and is generally not felt.

Does it require a power source?

Yes, The Nova XL requires a standard 110V or 120V electrical outlet to operate.

What is included in the box?

The Nova XL includes the following components:

  • The Nova XL Red Light Panel
  • A Power Cable
  • An Adjustable Door/Wall Mount
  • A User Guide
  • Protection Eyewear

Is there a warranty included?

Yes, The Nova XL is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
