How does infrared differ from traditional sauna heat?

Traditional saunas work by heating the surrounding air, which then warms your body indirectly. In contrast, our infrared sauna uses infrared heating panels to emit radiant heat that directly penetrates the skin and underlying tissues, raising your core temperature much more efficiently!

This form of radiant heat operates at lower ambient temperatures (typically 110–150°F compared to 170–200°F in traditional saunas). This lower temperature can enhance circulatory, thermoregulatory, and cellular responses with significantly less cardiovascular strain.

How hot does it get?

The Pulse Pro delivers up to 160°F of deep, dry infrared heat! Unlike most portable infrared saunas that max out around 130°F, the Pulse Pro is engineered with ThermoCell heating panels to reach these higher temperatures. This delivers a more intense sweat, deeper detox, and greater cardiovascular activation.

What kind of Red Light Therapy does it use?

The Pulse Pro features dual integrated light panels that deliver 320 total LEDs of medical-grade light. It combines 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared wavelengths to support recovery, reduce inflammation, and promote cellular repair. The irradiance rate is an impressive 63.19mw/cm2 at the surface!
