Some products are available for pre-order before they're in stock. The product page shows the expected ship window, and your order confirmation email shows it too.

Pre-order ship windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If the window changes significantly, we'll contact you.

Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking. Delivery then follows our standard transit times: up to 5 business days for parcel orders and up to 9 business days for freight orders.
